Job Summary
Galt & Taggart is an investment bank licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, offering Brokerage, Investment banking, and Research services. The company provides clients access to local and international capital markets and enables them to purchase various types of securities. It also assists issuers with the issuance and distribution of securities and conducts both macroeconomic and sectoral research.
This specific vacancy is in the Brokerage Department. The main objective of the role is to manage relationships with existing clients by providing support on account-related inquiries and issues, handling trading instructions, and ensuring accurate execution of transactions. The role also includes assessing each client’s investment profile and offering tailored investment solutions, promoting increased client engagement, and acting in the best interest of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings;• Supporting front office operational tasks and daily processes;• Advising clients on investment products and trading platforms;• Processing and executing client trade and transaction requests;• Contributing to sales growth through cross-selling and preparing investment proposals;• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements;• Preparing internal reports and maintaining necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Required knowledge and experience:
A minimum of one year of professional experience in client relationship management;
Understanding of investment products;
Familiarity with various asset classes;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Languages:
Georgian (fluent);
English (fluent);
