Job Title: Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose / Overview:

The primary goal of this position is to manage the Galt&Taggart’s daily office operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Administrative Tasks: Handle routine office operations.

  2. Stationery and Supplies Management: Manage orders, inventory control, and replenishment of office and utility supplies.

  3. Guest Coordination: Welcome, guide, and manage visitors effectively.

  4. Meeting Organization: Arrange formal and informal meetings, ensuring smooth execution.

  5. Telephone Communication: Manage and respond to incoming calls and inquiries.

  6. Clerical Work: Handle receipt, dispatch, and registration of documents and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Essential Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

  • Understanding of customer service and social communication standards (Service Plus).

Essential Skills (Professional and Personal):

  1. Strong communication abilities.

  2. Skill in expressing ideas clearly and concisely.

  3. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

  4. Problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolutions.

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Language Skills:

  • English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
