Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Galt & Taggart is an investment bank licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, offering Brokerage, Investment banking, and Research services. The company provides clients access to local and international capital markets and enables them to purchase various types of securities. It also assists issuers with the issuance and distribution of securities and conducts both macroeconomic and sectoral research.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform client identification and verification in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards;

  • Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, including KYC documentation, account setup and internal approvals;

  • Coordinate between internal teams to ensure timely and compliant onboarding/account update for individuals, Legal entity clients and Counteragents;

  • Handle client account updates and maintain accurate client database;

  • Ability to effectively engage with clients and identify needs to enhance the client relationship, respond to inquiries and provide updates throughout onboarding and maintenance processes;

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to middle office operational efficiency initiatives;

  • Performing other duties as assigned to support middle office function



Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, Business administration or a related field.


Required knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in middle office, client onboarding, or KYC/AML operations;

  • Prior experience in working with Legal Entity, Individual clients and counteragents, including documentation review, information updates and account management, is highly appreciated

  • Solid understanding of client due diligence, regulatory requirements and data management;

  • Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in call center unit;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or client data systems is an advantage

Languages:

  • English (fluent);

  • Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
